Several beatmakers blessed us with some dope material over the year and names like Watter (Japan), Zaeg (Mexico) or Hashfinger (UK) instinctively comes in mind.
Big up to Red Nore Scale, big up to Budamunk who had a crazy productive year and shout out to the whole Down North Camp /SSB heads for the massive amount of dope releases: Qroix and his infectious groove (Muzik Makes me Fly & an atomic B-Side on the 12'), the highly productive S.L.A.C.K. (four albums in a row: 我時想う愛, Sick Team, All in a Daze Work with producer CES2 & この島の上で), Senninsho's Live on Refugee Mxtpe and the list goes on & on...
My two fav' albums of 2011? Keentokers's The Fresh Speech & Doppelgangaz's Lone Sharks.
